Jim Feldman, Esq. ~ Partner
Jim graduated from the University of Rochester in New York with a degree in Political Science in 1992. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University in 1995. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and South Carolina. He moved to Horry County in 1996.
In 1997, Jim opened his own practice and has worked in the real estate law arena through his entire career.
He has held past area civic positions including President of the Grand Strand Optimist Club, Member of the Waccamaw Sertoma Club, Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Myrtle Beach, member of the Water Quality and Drainage Commission for the City of Conway.
Jim is also a Leadership Grand Strand graduate, was President of his high School Class, and is a proud Eagle Scout.

Dylan Crowley, Attorney
Dylan Crowley is an associate in the Myrle Beach office. Dylan has experience representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in purchase and sales transactions, construction loans, portfolio sales, and lease negotiations.
A Hartsville, SC native, Dylan earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. During law school, he served on the editorial board of the Federal Courts Law Review and volunteered with Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services.
Dylan is licensed to practice law in South Carolina and the District of Columbia. He is also a licensed title insurance producer for several national title insurance companies. Active in the legal community, he participates in the Real Estate, Corporate, and Consumer Law Sections of the South Carolina Bar.
Dylan has been recognized on the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2024 and 2025.

Ashley Milan, Associate Attorney
Ashley Milan is an attorney practicing in the areas of real estate law and estate planning. Having lived in the Myrtle Beach area for more than twenty years, Ashley is deeply connected to the local community and is committed to helping individuals and families navigate important legal decisions related to property ownership and long-term planning.
Prior to her current practice, Ashley gained valuable experience at a regional law firm where she worked on a variety of matters including insurance defense litigation, collections, and estate litigation. She also served in-house for a South Carolina government agency, further broadening her understanding of regulatory and legal processes.
Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she co-founded the Latinx Law Students Association and participated in Mock Trial. She received her undergraduate degree from Coastal Carolina University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Outside of her legal practice, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and being with family. She also enjoys visiting the beach and exploring new destinations throughout the Carolinas.
